1. Refund Policy 

At Fleks Realty, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

- Service-Based Refunds: Refunds for services such as real estate consultations or brokerage services must be requested within 7 days of service completion.

- Product-Based Refunds: For any physical goods purchased, refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

 To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of approval.

2. Delivery Policy

Fleks Realty provides digital service deliveries and physical product shipments:

- Digital Deliveries: All digital documents, reports, and similar services will be delivered electronically via email or through our client portal within 48 hours of purchase.

- Physical Products: Physical goods such as printed reports or promotional materials are shipped within 3-5 business days and delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery details, including tracking information, will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

3. Return Policy 

We accept returns of physical goods under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

- To initiate a return, contact our support team for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of subscriptions or reservations are subject to the following terms:

- Service Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription services at any time. Cancellations made before the next billing date will not be charged for the subsequent period. There are no refunds for partial months.

- Reservations: Reservations for events or consultations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Fleks Realty reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. We will notify customers of any significant changes through our website or via email. Disputes will be handled through arbitration as detailed in our terms of service.
